Bespoke or custom orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges are additional and specified at the time of quotation.

Payment terms are agreed in writing; late payments may incur statutory interest under the EU Late Payments Directive (2011/7/EU).

6. Delivery & Risk

​

Deliveries are arranged within Ireland, the UK, and the EU. Risk of damage or loss passes to the buyer upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

We will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (force majeure).

​

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

​

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), individual consumers purchasing online or by distance contract have a 14-day right to cancel (except for custom-made or perishable goods). To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty.

8. Warranties & Liability

All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable EU standards (including ISO 9001, OHSAS 45001, EN 1917, CE Marking). We warrant that our products conform to specifications at the time of delivery. Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected goods.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
