Position Overview:
We are seeking an Engineer with a focus on civils and construction that would be expected to work on their own initiative and liaise with designers/specifiers, customers and with our own production team.
Key Responsibilities for this position:

Designing and scheduling lintels and RC beams for new building and development projects

Liaising with Killeshal's Sales, Engineering, and Production teams

Develop quotes related to customers' construction projects
Key Requirements:
-
Qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction

Experience in CAD systems and good ability to read construction drawings
-
Strong IT and interpersonal skills - Experience using Revit/Tekla on BIM projects considered advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment

High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative, preferably with a strong background in civil/drainage solutions to drive new business, develop existing accounts, and provide technical support to our client base. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of the precast concrete market and established relationships within the civils, infrastructure, and utilities sectors.
Key Responsibilities for this position:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, developers, consultants, and local authorities

Maintain and grow relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

Work closely with the estimating, technical, and production teams to provide customers with tailored product solutions and quotations
-
Attend industry events, trade shows, and site visits to promote our products and services
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy
-
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and reporting to management
Key Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the construction or precast concrete industry
-
Strong understanding of civil & drainage systems
-
Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Full ROI driving license and willingness to travel as required
Desirable:

Existing network of contacts within the construction sector

Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors, utilities, and infrastructure clients
