Both Atlas 4 and Atlas 6 incorporate the patented Alfa Bracket™ system which has unique features such as:
Lock Safe: Where a serrated pad or washer fails, the positive locking Alfa bracket locks in on itself, preventing failure.
Fine Adjustment: The Alfa Bracket has over 5mm more vertical adjustment than a traditional serrated bracket system. In addition to this the Alfa washer allows 4mm fixing increments.
Economical: Because greater loads can be achieved, in most cases, fewer brackets need to be used. In a typical system, it is estimated that this could save over 10%
In recent independent tests, the Alfa bracket has been shown to perform on average over 20% better in shear load than the traditional serrated bracket system favoured by most European manufacturers.
