THRESHOLD DISABLED ACCESS
The Department of the Environment and Local Government published amendments to the Building Regulations 1997 and a revised edition of the associated Technical Guidance Document to part M of the Regulations (Access for people with Disabilities). The revised requirements of part M with regard to dwellings are to ensure that dwellings are visitable by people with disabilities.
We also developed solutions for the National Building Authority for situations where particular door types cannot be used. Our main disabled access-compliant solutions include:
